All charges are for the following month. For example, if you sign up on September 30th you will receive your first letter in October. If you sign up on October 1st, however, your first month receiving mail will be November.

Every month you will receive a curated letter, an exclusive 4x6" art print, and a die cut sticker. Some months may include extras goodies in addition to these!

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal using the same email address you signed up with. Just keep in mind that once your payment for the month has been processed, you’ll still receive that month’s mail, and your cancellation will take effect starting the next billing cycle.

Mail Club is currently available in the U.S. and select international countries! International shipping is $1 USD and all letters are sent via untracked letter mail. Please note that delivery times vary depending on where you call home.

Nope! Each Nostalgia Post is sent through USPS with a postage stamp, so there’s no tracking. That’s part of the charm! It's a little surprise every month when it arrives!

You must subscribe by the last day of the month to receive the following month’s Nostalgia Post. (For example: if you’d like April’s mail, you’ll need to sign up by 11:59p EST on March 31st.)
